Amazing Race Team Building Johannesburg

The Amazing Race at the Johannesburg is one of our top team building events in Johannesburg. Team building quotes are inclusive of parking inside the zoo, entrance, arrival coffee, 11h00 refreshments, lunch, and all team building activities. Quotes are inclusive of Vegetarian, Vegan, and Halal Meals, but Kosher Meals are an optional extra.



09h00 - Coffee, Muffins, Cheese Savories, Mini Yogurts

09h20 - Ice Breakers and Fun Group Activities
Ice Breakers include “People to People”, “38”, “Ching Cho Cha”, etc.

10h00 - Dividing Teams ±10pp/team
The entire group stand in a circle and everybody get a number. All the “number 1’s” would be in a team, and all the “number 2’s” in another team, etc. Allow about ten people per team.

10h00 - Traditional Games
Teams compete in an array of traditional games, as long as time permits. Popular games include Bharti (Foosball), Blind Folded Minefield, Magic Carpet, Hula Hoop Race, Egg and Spoon Race, Three Legged Race etc.

11h00 - Refreshments
Fruit Juices (200ml), Bottled Water, and Assorted Sandwiched (individually wrapped), including Chick Mayo, Cheese & Tom, etc.

11h20 - Amazing Race Johannesburg Zoo
This is a fun race against Imagination, Creativity, Riddles, and Raffles. Team have to complete a short detour, solve a puzzle, find iconic places, search for imaginary things, and finally complete a challenge, i.e. balancing a set of nails.

12h30 - Amazing Race Green Screen Movie Making
Teams act in front of a Green Screen for 12 seconds, and without knowing why. The video is then edited in the Amazing Race TV Show with backgrounds such as the Eifel Tower, Great Pyramids, Big Wall of China, Donald Trump, Bafana Bafana etc. Simply hilarious. This video is shown after lunch.

13h00 - Smoke Oven and Soft Drinks
Chicken Quarters & Lamb Chops smoked for 4 hours in our Smoke Ove - Peri-Peri, BBQ, Tartar, and 1000 Islands. Served with black mushrooms topped with cheddar, baby potatoes, rolls, and 6 assorted salads. Quality plastic chrome cutlery and crockery for halaal. Soft drinks include 340ml soft drinks, i.e. Coke, Sprite, etc.

14h00 - Watch Edited Green Screen Video - hilarious!

• Vegetarian Meals – Woolwoths
• Vegan Meals – Woolwoths, no animal products, no eggs, no milk
• Kosher Meals - ordered from Totally Kosher, 3 cuts of meat with starch and Veg (usually chicken, wors & a chop). Add R300 for delivery
